I usually feel overwhelmed to read menus and the sweetest lady (owner) sensed that and offered to make me something. I’m not a picky eater, I just like people to serve me something delicious and she did. This is exceptional customer service! Whenever I want a smoothie, I will only come here. I ordered the largest size since she did all the work for me. Thank you :)

It is a frozen yogurt place in a secluded business plaza or to say we went there on a Sunday, so not much traffic in the shop. Owner was the server and she was good to us. Offered tasters before we decided what to get. Good overall experience.

I stopped by SunniBunni as I was craving a frozen yogourt and it was delicious. I paid with a tap by credit card and when I got home I was putting my days receipts away and looked at the SunniBunni receipt. I rarely write reviews but I was surprised to see a 20% tip was added to my purchase without my consent. Yes, I tapped, but if a business requests a tip it isn't automatically added. Also, tax was calculated on the tip amount as well. We are recently retired (after owning 3 busy restaurants) and this is not how a tap purchase is done. Won't be back as this is sneaky business and also posting to make people aware. People don't generally read all of the small print on a menu and you're admitting to being duplicitous which is what you are when you add a tip. Poor business, as I mentioned, we owned 3 restaurants (have since sold them all) and this is a deceitful way to run your business. Up your prices, don't add tips to customers bills

Yogurt is fine but very surprised they add 20% gratuity without informing people. Should be posted. Saw several people putting $$ in tip cup unknowingly. When I asked was told it's been going on 2 years.

The best yogurt I've ever had. The very nice man( I'm thinking that owned the business) was very helpful in our choices. He was very nice and polite. Not a curmudgeon at all. The yogurt was delish. Very refreshing. After reading the past review... I'm thinking that patron was very rude and entitled. Cudos to the owner for that awesome response.!!

There's nowhere else you can get a better smoothie than SunniBunni. We love it there. My family enjoys coming here and saying hi, getting a healthy smoothie and cooling down for the day. I've even been able to sneak spinach into my daughters smoothies and she loves it. The frozen yogurt is the best in town and they use it in their smoothies too!

Stopped by on our way home on a whim and so glad we did. Best frozen yogurt and smoothies in the area. It’s not your typical self serve frozen yogurt but the the froyo is delicious and very creamy and the fruit incredibly fresh and the smoothies are made from that fresh fruit instead of your typical carton of fruit purée that may or may not be real fruit. Definitely will be back.
